Choosing the right yarns from the very beginning helps to realize various performance that lasts for your quality seamless clothing.
1. Polyester Cationic Dyeable YarnAs the name indicates, our polyester cationic dyeable yarn is a modified fiber that requires only a small portion of dye to achieve vibrant colors.
2. Antibacterial Yarn FiberAdditives within our antibacterial yarn fiber eliminate or inhibits the growth of microbes within the garment. The material can keep the garment smelling fresh and preserve the textile mechanical strength.
3. N66TACTELThe N66TACTEL or Nylon 66 is a semi-crystalline synthetic polymer material. Wearers benefit from the material’s incredible mechanical strength and toughness. N66TACTEL is also resistant against wearing and has good machinability for creating seamless garments. The yarn also has anti-bacterial and anti-yellowing properties.

Sampling Your Design, Stay True To Your Design
1. Understanding Your DesignAWe go through your designs or concept for your custom seamless clothing carefully. Our team will be in constant communication with you to determine the exact details such as size chart, functions, effect, and much more.
2. Knitting Routes ProgrammingOur experienced sample makers create the knitting program that our innovative knitting and weaving equipment utilize base on your design. The machines we use can create a variety of patterns, no matter how complicated the design is.
3. Setting Yarns and MachineTWINALL sample makers move to set the proper yarn and controlling machine speed to our knitting machines after setting the knitting route. Our experience and extensive knowledge of various yarns properties enable us to efficiently use raw materials.
4. The 1st SamplingWe create a rough sampling of your seamless clothing that has some of your expected specifications to help determine the yarns’ performance on our knitting route. The sample can tell us if the current setting can cause holes or weakened tensile strength.
5. The 2nd SamplingAfter finding the right adjustment that can eliminate all issues found in the first sample, we create the second sample that has no error. Thanks to our sample makers' experience and know-how, we can find the proper settings for our equipment to correct all issues in the first sampling phase.
Custom Printing:
As a process of printing, dye sublimation sees dyes pigments applied on any garment using heat and pressure. This results in artistic images that are fully-colored and resistant to scratching or cracking.

Each order will not start knitting before confirmation of the pre-production sample. Our preparation includes:

The cutting process requires precision.
For styles with computer programmed lines, we cut exactly along the lines. No lines should be left;
For styles with no computered lines, the template shall prevail as the guideline for cutting;
For styles that are designed with accessories, workers should check and confirm whether the other pieces are in color consistency with the body piece.

Making sure the color of trim is consistent with the color described in the process sheets;
Adjusting distance between stitches to be consistent with the sample clothing and process
requirements, normally 18~21 stitches in 3cm;
The sewing line must be straight and flat, and there should be no bad phenomena such as bending
and joint wiring.

Perform the first inspection of the product to make sure that the actual product matches the
description of the production sheets (Any doubt should confirmed and reported immediately);
Iron and make sure the product is symmetrical and of correct size as per the process sheet;
The left and right collars should be symmetrical, and there is no blistering, wrinkling on the neckline.
The length of the left and right sleeves and trousers must be the same, and the size of the cuffs and
foot openings must be the same.

The packaging process is not only wrapping
the seamless clothing into a bag or a box.
The packaging team conducts one more
inspection while packaging. If any defect is detected,
the unqualified ones will be weeded out and sent back
to the last process for further examination.
