NOW, DECIDE WHAT YOUR POSITION IS ON THIS ISSUE:

The Israeli/Palestinian Conflict:

1. The United States should give Israel its full and absolute support.

2. The United States should alter its position and give far more support to the Palestinians.

3. The United States should seek a balance between the Israelis and Palestinians in terms of support.

4. The United States should remove itself from this issue altogether/not entirely sure.

NOW, WRITE WHAT YOU HAVE LEARNED:

In at least two well-written paragraphs (5 to 7 sentences each) explain in detail a current policy issue that concerns the United States; take a position on whether you think this is a positive or negative action and why (use the discussion in class and the handout to assist you.)
