OUGD505 Final Hand-in boards _Abbas MushtaqTRANSCRIPT
CONCEPT _ SEVEN. From researching into Bushido and Japanese culture, the number 7 has close ties.
There are 7 virtues of bushido _ principles to live by, also 7 is a divine number in culture with many superstitions and beliefs, including in Zen Buddhism and Shintoism, the religious beliefs of most Samurai.
The concept to take forward from the brief and research book was to produce branding for an exhibition on the subject of ‘the way of the warrior’ based around the concept of 7 in a mathematical and logical manner.
This creates a subtle but considered concept and focus when creating products for a brand and exhibition.
