What does the role of a Client Administrator involve?

Client Administrators are able to create and manage both users and classes within their campus. In addition, they areable to use reporting tools that allow them to see student progress, export that data to a CSV fle and view LS accessstatistics

What happens if theres a technical problem that is beyond the knowledge of the local administrator?Who would help out?

Secondly, get the user to clear their browser cacheand history o& everything, and close the browser be&ore trying again. I& the user can wor% on a di>erent browsercomputer, thissuggests a local problem with the users/ browsercomputer. Is it possible to re+use Class Codes? What will happen if I change an e3isting Class Code?

=hilst it is in use it cannot be reused in another class. For you to reuse a Class Code, you must frst change the code in theexisting class. Students wishing to Goin Class a&ter these changes have been applied must be made aware o& both classes/ new

codes. All students will remain in their existing classes, so would need to use an Activation Code &or a di>erent course, and Goinany new class by using a Class Code. Scores and progress will remain, and students will be still able to access the class and itscontents.

*ow can I signup a teacher into multiple classes! with a single action?

here are currently no tools in place that allow a teacher to be signed up to multiple classes with a single action. headministrator would need to add the teacher to each class in turn. his can be made easier by creating a CSV fle &or theteacher in

Why are new users being created with numbers as their username?

his is caused when column headers have been changed, resulting in changes to the expected data &rom the import fle i.e. i&the Last (ame column had been changed to Surname. Any user created in this way will (; be able to access course contentand lose any activation codes used. 9ou will need to change any users registered email to a dummy address, and attempt theimport again once the headers have been corrected 7please see the Sample emplate &or valid headers8.
