What documents are required to be submitted for getting a new licence or applying for renewal of licence?Following documents are required to be submitted for getting a new licence or applying for renewal of licence Form No. 2 ( Affix Court Fee Stamp 10) To support the appointment of any director or partner as occupier in Form No. 2

Following documents shall be submitted to support his appointment. In case of partnership firm a copy of registered partnership deed and a declaration letter from all the partners for appointing a specific partner as occupier And a acceptance letter from this partner for accepting his appointment has occupier In case of company , list of directors and the copy of resolution mentioning the appointment of one of the director as occupier Receipt of the fees paid / challan copy as per the no of workers and HP (electricity) used Land purchase deed, leave and licence copy, rent receipt, 7/12 receipt, form 8(a), M I D C allotment letter or any other document to prove the ownership or rent agreement. How the licence under Factories act can be renewed?Licence renewal form no.2 has to be duly filled and submitted to the office of Industrial safety & health along with details of necessary fees paid and all other necessary documents. A 10 Court fees stamp must be affixed on this application. The last date for submission of this form is 31st October every year. If the application is made after this date, additional 5% fees has to be paid for every month of delay (maximum up to 25%) Licence can be renewed maximum up to 10 years at any single time.RENEWAL OF LICENCE UNDERFACTORIESACT, 1948SUBMIT AN APPLICATION IN FORM NO.2 IN DUPLICATE TO THE CHIEF INSPECTOR FOR RENEWAL OF LICENCE (PL.SEE FORM NO.2)

THE APPLICATION SHOULD BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 2 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE EXPIRY OF LICENCE

THE APPLICATION SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED BYORIGINAL LICENCE

TREASURY RECEIPT SHOWING THE PAYMENT OF LICENCE FEE

THE LICENCE FEE SHALL BE SAME AS THE FEE PAID DURING GRANT OF LICENCE (SEE LICENCE FEE TABLE)

IF THE APPLICATION IS NOT SUBMITTED WITHIN THE TIME SPECIFIED AN EXCESS OF 25% FEE HAS TO BE PAID

IF IT IS A GOVERNMENT FACTORY A CONTINGENT BILL SIGNED BY THE DRAWING OFFICER SHALL BE SUFFICIENT PROOF OF PAYMENT OF THE AMOUNT SPECIFIED IN THE BILL

IF THE APPLICATION IS MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES ,THE PREMISES SHALL BE HELD TO BE DULY LICENSED UNTIL THE CHIEF INSPECTOR RENEWS THE LICENCE

You should inform the nearest police station about the accident

Inform the Factory Inspector

Make the accident report

Inform the ESIC & submit the accident report.

These are the primary steps you should take

if the accident happens then you have to intimate 1st to factory insector then esi inspector, then police station, within 48 hrs.

annual Return Form 27 - 31st January of the Suceeding yearThe manager of every factory shall furnish to the Inspector or other officer appointed by the State Government in this behalf the following returns, namely:(1) Annual returns - On or before the ast February of each year, an annual return in duplicate in Form 27 relating to the following matters,- (a) average number of workers employed daily and normal hours worked per week; (b) leave with wages; (c) number of discharged or dismissed workers; (d) wages in lieu of leave; (e) compensatory holidays; (f) canteens in the case of factories wherein more than 250 workers ordinarily employed; (g) creches in the case of factories wherein more than 50 women-workers are ordinarily employed; (h) shelters, rest-rooms, and lunch-rooms in the case of factories wherein more than 150 workers are ordinarily employed; 161[(i) accidents and statistics. 162[(j) Such other matters or items as may be prescribed in Form 27. 163[(2) ******]163 (3) Annual return of holidays - Before the end of each year, a return giving notice of all the days on which it is intended to close the factory during the next ensuing year. If in any year a factory is newly started or re-started after+ a closure + during the previous year, such return shall be submitted before the date as such starting or re-starting for the remaining period of the year: Provided that the State Government may dispense with this return in the case of any specified factory or of any class of factories or of the factories in any particular area: Provided further that the annual return of holidays shall be dispensed with in case of all factories,- (a) which regularly observe Sundays as holidays; or (b) which regularly observe a fixed day in a week as a holiday; or (c) which observe holidays according to a list approved by the Chief Inspector. Where the manager of any factory makes any departure from such a holiday or list of holidays as aforesaid, prior intimation shall be given to the Chief Inspector.
