What is a Watershed?
� All of the land that drains to the same location or body of water

In a Park/Wilderness
High gallon toilets = replace with low-flow toilets
Plastic water bottles = water bottle refill stations
Overusing water= 5 minute timer in shower
Medicines dumped down drain = recycle bin for old medicines
Dog feces running into river = Poster on impact and garbage bins
Poor riparian areas = native tree planting day
ONE CONCERN = ONE SOLUTION
Food scraps thrown into garbage = Community compositing program and awareness brochure

and judges comments to send to students)
