6th is in the lead by a landslide 61 total to date, some are very good!
7th: 23 (many from the same two students)
8th: 13 8th grade has some really great acts of
kindness, though– great quality! These are often my favorite.
Focus on acts outside of the everyday (although telling someone hello is nice, or telling them it’s ok when they failed a test is great, is it really a RAcK?)
Be sure to turn them in Print very clearly and include all
information (first AND last name) Each VALID one submitted has a 1-
point value
Boxes are due 11/13 (that is next Thursday)
We will give you totals sometime in December

Grade 8 (possibly 7): University Settlement on 11/18, slips available ONLY 20 may attend
Grade 6: Providence House charity work on 12/16, slips coming 11/20 meeting
ALL Grades: Bake sales for holiday choir concerts, T-Shirt and tumbler sales at band concert. Email Mrs. McKay for these!
November 18 is the grade 6 concert, 7 pm
November 19 is the 7-8 grade concert, 7 pm
Band is December 17, at MHS (keep in mind this is Hannukah)
Time slots: 4 pm (earlier if you want to help set up) - 6 pm 11/13, 6 - 8 pm plus cleanup
11/14 7:30 - 9:30 am, 9:30 -11:30 am,12:30-2:30 pm, 2:30 - 4 pm plus cleanup
Eight students are needed per time slot
