1. CONSTRUCTION APPROVAL:

2. CERTIFICATE OF COMMENCEMENT:

This is the basic certification required to start any construction, without this certificate it’s unlawful to excavate the plot. The town planning and engineer department run a quick inspection of the plot to ensure the boundaries being set as mentioned in documents, to construct the building. If only the builder pass the inspection, the certification will be awarded. Before applying for this certificate of commencement, the builder also requires certain government permission and sanction letters.

3. REGISTRATION: According to the laws you need to register your selected property with government authorities. Unless you register you do not have any rights on the property, so register the sales deed to be the rightful owner also keep in mind the date of execution of the deed.
