To order• Select any open dining location• Customize your order• Pay ahead• When ordering from Chick-fil-A, you must hit Check In when you arrive before your order will be prepared• Wait for the app to notify you that your order is ready• Walk up to the designated pick-up area, scan the QR code included on the receipt on your mobile device, grab your order and go
