INSTALLING AND STARTING THE PROGRAM
WESTERNPIPS CRYPTO TRADER 1.7 CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION: HOW TO OBTAIN A LICENSE
To access the program you need a login and password.
First you need to install the programs on your VPS or computer (it's better to use a dedicated server or VPS).
1. Run the program installation file Westernpips Crypto Trader 1.7 Install.exe;
2. When the installation is complete, a shortcut appears on the desktop, start it;
3. The login form will start where you need to enter your email and send a request for
license registration at the first time in the Client Login field by clicking on the "SEND
APPLICATION" button and when further starts simply press the "LOGIN TO CRYPTO
TRADER" button;

How to change your login if you forgot it or changed the IP or VPS server
A license is created for a particular VPS or a computer that is bound to an IP
address, and you can not use the same user name from another location.
First of all, write a request to email [email protected] with a request to
delete your old login. Once the administrator deactivates your old license, you will need
to send a request for registration of a new license. Requests for removal and registration
of the license are processed from 1-3 days. You can also contact our customer support
and speed up the process of removing and activating the license. License replacement is
free of charge at the request of the client.

5. If your license is active next you need select instrument for trading from the list: Bitcoin,
Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash.
6. Next You will see the main window of the program Westernpips Crypto Trader 1.7.
When you start the program for the first time, you will not see a part of the information,
because you need to set the configuration settings for connecting to crypto currency

exchanges. Automatic trading will also be available only after you open accounts on the
desired exchanges, top up them and enter information about API keys and Secret in the
program settings.
HOW TO SET UP MULTI CURRENCY TRADING SETTINGS AND TRADING IN THE BITCOIN, ETHEREUM,
LITECOIN, RIPPLE, BITCOIN CASH CURRENCY
In new version of software was added the ability to trade multiple currencies Bitcoin,
LiteCoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash. Now you have even more opportunities for
arbitrage trading in crypto currencies. At the same time, you can trade at once for five
different crypto currencies of your choice. The balance for the chosen crypto currency will
be displayed automatically in the trade table. It is also possible to exchange crypto
currencies directly from the program by clicking on the buy / sell buttons. At any time you
can transfer the balance from one Crypto currency to another.
How to set up? 1 . Find folder where software was installed and copy it:

2 . Create new folders in Descktop for trading different crypto currency at same time: Copy main folder to desktop and renamed folder to WCT BTC if you want trade Bitcoin

Copy main folder to desktop and renamed folder to WCT LTC if you want trade Litecoin
Copy main folder to desktop and renamed folder to WCT XRP if you want trade Ripple

3. Next open each folder and create Shortcuts for each currency folder (find
Westernpips Crypto Trader 1.7.exe file and right-click Send to –Desktop (create
shortcut)
If you done all right you will see in your desktop Shortcuts for start software for each
crypto currency pairs.

Important: POLONIEX exchange not support trading via one API key same time in different flows. So you
need trade only one crypto currency at same time in same PC. Please Not Start 5 software copy at same
time. If you want trade in all currency pair at same time, you need use different API keys and different VPS
for this.

quotes you just need to start the program Westernpips Crypto Trader 1.7. Quotes from exchanges will
enter the program automatically, you do not need to register an account on the exchange. (only for
some exchanges need enter API key and Secret key for get quotes).
For automatic trading, you will need to open accounts on those exchanges where you plan
to trade and get the API key and Secret in your personal account on the website of each
exchange. Write down and save this data.
It is necessary to activate the trading API for the API key, to obtain a balance, to obtain

additional information (when creating a key, to set all possible checkboxes so that there are no errors in the atomic trade from the program).
Also, some exchanges require you to bind IP addresses. Some exchanges are not available for
trade with certain countries. Therefore, it is best to use VPS in London (UK).
After you successfully registered on the exchange and received the API key and Secret, this
data must be entered in the program Westernpips Crypto trader 1.7. To do this, press the
"EXCHANGE SETTINGS" button and then click "OK" to save the settings.

When the connection settings to the exchanges are set correctly, you will see them in the program
information table, as well as in the control panel of exchanges in the form of buttons with the names of each
exchange.

We tried to make an intuitive interface, so that even a beginner could easily understand it. Add and delete
active exchanges in one click. If you want to add a stock exchange to the table, click on the button with the name
of the stock exchange. Green buttons are active exchanges added to the table. Gray buttons are inactive,
excluded from the stock exchange table. Inactive exchanges do not take part in automatic trading. All those
exchanges that are in the list of information tables are feeling in the algorithm of comparing quotations and
automatic trading. Automatic trading is started by pressing the "START" button.
Also in the information table you can see your balance in dollars and bitcoin, as well as the minimum lot in
bitcoin to start trading. Here, the current quotes for all exchanges are displayed and the quotes are compared to
identify arbitrage situations. Current signals are highlighted in different colors. You can also make a purchase or
sale directly from the program on the stock exchange. This is very convenient when you need to exchange part of
the balance from bitcoin to dollars or vice versa.

A little bit about the arbitration strategy.
For work, you need to keep your money in two wallets in bitcoin and dollars in half. You should always
have enough money to exchange the required lot volume on the BTC purse and USD purse.
The minimum volume of the lot for exchange on each exchange is its own, in the information table of the
program you will be able to find this information and choose the optimal lot. Crypto currency exchanges, unlike
forex, do not have leverage and the exchange is 1: 1. On some exchanges, the margin trading function is available.
But we recall that for automatic trading from the Westernpips Crypto Trader 1.7 program you need to make
margin trading active on the exchanges that you have chosen for trading. It is best not to use this method if you
are not aware of all the risks of margin trading.
For example:
If you need to make a sell transaction for a pair of BTCUSD you need to sell your dollars from the USD
purse and the necessary number of bitcoins will appear on your BTC purse.
If you need to make a buy (buy) transaction for a pair of BTCUSD you need to sell your bitcoins from
the BTC purse and the right amount of dollars will appear on your USD purse.
How to start automatic trading in the program
Westernpips Crypto Trader 1.7
When the connection to the exchanges is completed, you can start trading. After setting a few simple
settings: lot, signal for opening and closing and other settings, you can press the Start button and the program
algorithm will be started.
Trade Settings:
"Open Signal" – the value of the signal to open a trade. It is calculated in points by the
algorithm for calculating the current difference in prices between the two exchanges. When the
difference in quotes exceeds the set value, the program will automatically open the opposite
transactions on both exchanges. On one Exchange, Buy on another Exchange Sell.
"Amount" – the size of the trading lot (in BTC), the volume of BTC (bitcoin), the volume of BTC
that will be exchanged when making deals.

"Type Close "– type of signal to close the transaction.
Convergence – transactions will be closed when the difference in quotes between exchanges is
less than the value of Close (in points);
ByProfit – Transactions will be closed when the total profit in USD is reached more than the value
of Profit;
ByHand - transactions are transferred to manual closing mode. The program will not close them
until you click the Close button;
"Close Signal "– the value of the signal to close the transaction. It is calculated in points by the
algorithm for calculating the current difference in prices between the two exchanges.
Emulation mode - allows you to test the program in test mode at current quotes, while the
program does not send requests to open and close transactions on exchanges, but simply emits
their discovery. It is very convenient to get acquainted with the work of the program and the
choice of those exchanges where you will trade on real money.
Piramiding and Martingale:
In new version software was added the function of pyramiding (martingale) for adding
positions in case of signal expansion to several levels. To activate this function, you need
to tick mark and select the type of pyramiding you need.
"Line" - linear pyramiding in three stages without increasing the lot. The algorithm of
the program at a given level of Open Signal will open transactions on a pair of exchanges
and further with a further increase in the signal will add new positions on the levels Level
1, Level 2, Level 3.
"Progression" is a classic martingale algorithm with an increase in the lot at each
successive level.
"Advance" - pyramiding martingale for your personal settings.

How piramiding function work?
Trading and orders
When the signal appears, two opposite transactions will be opened on the exchanges and visually
you will see them on the Active tab. Also here, information about the opening time / price,
current quotes, profit and button for emergency manual closing of the transaction is displayed.
The Order Status column displays the status of the execution of the request to open / close
the transaction. The "Filled" status means successful execution of the transaction on the
exchange. If errors occur or the exchange server fails to execute the transaction, the program will
make 5 attempts in a row. If for some technical reasons, the transaction can not open / close on
one of the exchanges, you will see the status with an error. This transaction must be manually
deleted using the "Del" button, and also check on the stock exchange's website the possible
reason for non-execution of the transaction. Very rarely it happens that at the time of sending
the request to the stock exchange, the exchange is not responding. Or you have not added IP to
the list of exchanges. Or you created an API key that does not allow automatic trading by API.

If the signal to close has been triggered, the program will automatically close the deal on
both exchanges. All information about the actions of the program you can see in the log, here as
information about the slippage and execution time of orders is displayed.
The history of trading can be viewed on the History tab, the history of trades is saved and
available at any time.
For your convenience, the button is minimized settings , to expand the space for
viewing the history of transactions, and also the button to stretch down .
Technical log and how to find and fixed errors in your software
In new version software was added a technical log, allowing you to track the actions of
the program and all requests made at the opening and closing of transactions. This will
quickly identify possible errors and technical problems both on the client side and on the
side of the exchange.
Important! When you find that software can`t open order in some exchanges or can`t get
balance, min lot size, bid, ask prices you need check technical log of software

This error mean that you enter not valid API key! Or you not add your IP to White list! This
main error that can do our users.
