Dennis Patterson, Western Pacific’s DC manager, believesthat the success of this operation which has grown everyyear for the past 20 years is that the employees of Western

Pacific’s DC pride themselves on getting quotes and ordersout as quickly and as accurately as possible. Denniscontinues, “We provide quoting, order entry, invoicing,packaging, shipping, and handle any questions that come to us via email or phone. We assist new customers byhelping with product knowledge questions. Many of ourcustomers tell us that we have one of the fastest shippingrecords in the country.”

Doug Norwood (19 years with the company)and Thomas Lowery (14 years with thecompany) know the product; they are careful with the packaging. Doug assists with customer service and manages the DC in Dennis’ absence. Doug and Thomas interact with customers who pick up directly at the dock of the 25,000 sq. ft. well-stocked warehouse.

Recently hired WPSS’ Regional Sales Manager, GlennWeatherby welcomes customers and invites them to come in,take measurements and check out assembled products.

Weatherby has lived in Texas most of his life and is excitedabout Western Pacific’s Texas-based DC.
