To providethe necessary complications, Rose Marie is pursued by the villainous (but rich) EdHawley; he is adored by Wanda, the Indian maid; and she is loved by Black Eagle.Things become pretty grim when Wanda kills Black Eagle, and Hawley makes it appearas if Jim committed the crime. In order to save her beloved's life, Rose Marie agreesto marry Hawley, but the truth is revealed in time for the reunited sweethearts +ohave their final duet.

JOANNE BEATIY - Rose Marie La FlammeJoanne was the lovely heroine in "Very Good Eddie" and avid Gilbert &Sullivan fans will recognize her as one of the Society's talented andversatile performers who has appeared in leading roles of "Yeoman ofthe Guard", "Patience", "Gondoliers", "Ruddigore", "Trial by Jury", and"Pirates of Penzance".
