Emissions
OptiGlaz, OptiMatt and OptiGrain board are manufactured from E0 and E1 MDF and comply with Australian manufacturing standards. Product test certificates are available from your Technical Sales Representative. OptiGlaz, OptiMatt and OptiGrain are intended for vertical applications.
Taking care of your new panels
All OptiGlaz, OptiMatt and OptiGrain board are made from moisture-resistant Medium Density Fibrewood (MDF). MDF is not waterproof, so care should be taken to avoid moisture, steam or humidity and to wipe up spills as soon as possible.
Spills and stains can be cleaned with a damp cloth of warm soapy water. Finish with a dry cloth to remove any residue. Never use any cleaning products which are or contain: alcohol, solvents, abrasives, acetone, paraffin, petrol, pinewood or oils, as doing so can damage your OptiBoard surface.
Following the above steps will help keep your kitchen looking beautiful for years to come. The OptiGlaz, OptiMatt and OptiGrain products are also backed by a 10 year indoor warranty for peace of mind.

What is your shipping policy?
Our in-house fabrication facility is located in Sydney but we can ship your doors anywhere in Australia. Simply enter your delivery postcode when you begin for shipping options. Your doors will be delivered palletised by tail-lift delivery as near as possible to your delivery address. For alternative arrangements, contact your Technical Sales Representative.
What is Standard Hinge Drilling?
To fast-track the installation process, we can pre-drill your doors and panels to suit your hinge requirements for a flat fee of $60 per order. We offer 45mm or 52mm hinge cup options with a standard drilling 100mm from the top of the door and 100mm from the bottom of the door.In cases where more than two hinges are required due to the height of the door, hinge hole drilling for additional hinges will be evenly spaced between the top and bottom holes, unless otherwise specified. For alternative options, simply list your requirements in the comment section of your door.
How do I place an order?

Emissions
OptiGlaz, OptiMatt and OptiGrain board are manufactured from E0 and E1 MDF and comply with Australian manufacturing standards. Product test certificates are available from your Technical Sales Representative. OptiGlaz, OptiMatt and OptiGrain are intended for vertical applications.
Taking care of your new panels
All OptiGlaz, OptiMatt and OptiGrain board are made from moisture-resistant Medium Density Fibrewood (MDF). MDF is not waterproof, so care should be taken to avoid moisture, steam or humidity and to wipe up spills as soon as possible.
Spills and stains can be cleaned with a damp cloth of warm soapy water. Finish with a dry cloth to remove any residue. Never use any cleaning products which are or contain: alcohol, solvents, abrasives, acetone, paraffin, petrol, pinewood or oils, as doing so can damage your OptiBoard surface.
Following the above steps will help keep your kitchen looking beautiful for years to come. The OptiGlaz, OptiMatt and OptiGrain products are also backed by a 10 year indoor warranty for peace of mind.

What is your shipping policy?
Our in-house fabrication facility is located in Sydney but we can ship your doors anywhere in Australia. Simply enter your delivery postcode when you begin for shipping options. Your doors will be delivered palletised by tail-lift delivery as near as possible to your delivery address. For alternative arrangements, contact your Technical Sales Representative.
What is Standard Hinge Drilling?
To fast-track the installation process, we can pre-drill your doors and panels to suit your hinge requirements for a flat fee of $60 per order. We offer 45mm or 52mm hinge cup options with a standard drilling 100mm from the top of the door and 100mm from the bottom of the door.In cases where more than two hinges are required due to the height of the door, hinge hole drilling for additional hinges will be evenly spaced between the top and bottom holes, unless otherwise specified. For alternative options, simply list your requirements in the comment section of your door.
How do I place an order?
You can access our easy to use online ordering app via our website, www.titustekform.com.au/order-mtm. Simply enter your delivery postcode and then choose your selections from the drop down menus. For trade pricing, log into your online account before placing your order.If you’d like to order multiple similar doors, there is an easy copy function in the List of Boards which will duplicate your door for editing.
