THE PROPERTYThe property comprises a detached manufacturing/warehousing facility with prominent frontage onto Road One.

The Company has two facilities in Winsford, both on Road One. The Company own the freehold interest in their other facility on Road One which is used for the manufacture of automotive components.

The subject unit has been fitted out with a fully automated paint spraying facility used to finish products which are manufactured on the sister site.
