We will help get you up and working quickly. If there is a problem with a machine, we will give you the option to take it to an authorized Warranty Service Center or we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and we will send the machine in for repairs to our Engineering Service Technicians in Fort Collins, CO. Our Technicians will repair the machine with 24 hours of receiving it and get it back to you ASAP.
