The Model TS450 is designed to put an end to the dangerous business of repeatedly handling O.D. bead scarf.Thread the scarf into the tension controlled pinchroll only once per run. No more repeated scrap winder thread-ing and unloading. Chopping scarf greatly reduces risk of burns, cuts and back injury. Plus, by chopping thescarf instead of winding, no further handling is required and the value of the scrap is greatly increased.

Scarf chopped in the Sweed TS450 is safelyand easily compacted—Approximately 2000linear feet of chopped scarf easily fits into a12” x 10” x 4” box.
