After more than a decade in IT recruitment, seeing the same old robotic engagement with
clients & candidates, I had a vision, where I saw an agency where consultants would care
and respect candidates and help those people achieve their career ambitions.
I saw an agency that formed relationships with its candidates and clients and worked
hard to earn their trust, not necessarily for short term gain but with a long term
partnership in mind. I envisioned an agency full of authenticity and personality where
we had conversations not sales pitches.
I imagined growing a team of specialist recruiters who were passionate about working
with the best talent enabling our clients to become even more successful. Xpertise was
born with that vision and those values.

Our recruitment consultants deal with the end-to-end recruitment process (360°). You’ll managethis 360° service working with clients on developing their job requirements, finding the right candidates and placing them as well as offering a bespoke follow-up service to build long lasting relationships.

Xpertise have developed structured training programmes to transform driven individuals into successful recruiters at each part of their career journey:
Two week Training Academy to cover all facets of recruitment comprising a mix of theory based learning with dynamic on the desk training
Your first 3-6 months is focused on building knowledge and expertise and candidate relationships in your specialist market
Regular monthly training sessions
Annual 3 day training session with awesome recruitment industry trainer Trevor Pinder
Managing Consultants will be put through the Xpertise management training programme which consists of 14 modules over 6 months for managing high performing teams
