Successful completion of the Postgraduate Award (PgA) gains entry to either of the above courses
Successful completion of the Postgraduate Certificate (PgC) gains entry to the above course
Participants complete a work-based assignment after each module that helps embed the learning, deliver lasting behavioural change and provide an early Return On Investment (each assignment is marked by Warwick to gain the module credits)

Part-time ‘Open’ BEng programme - AEP (Applied Engineering Programme)
Part-time ‘open’ company sponsored undergraduate degree – BEng degree in Applied Engineering
– Modular format with block release BEng degree is taken over 4 years part-time
Six one-week blocks at University for each year of the degree
Stepping off points at Certificate and Diploma levels with the option to re-join AEP later
– Company based assignments and projects
– Support between blocks via the VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) and from Tutors
– Allows for a non-traditional entry route (for those not possessing A-Levels)
– Common first two years with mixed-subject blocks and multi-sector examples throughout
– Engineering specialisation in Years 3 and 4 Manufacturing Systems, Product Creation, Business, Rail, Other streams under discussion
Option to move forward onto an MEng degree in Applied Engineering – format under discussion
