Moorland, woodland and water habitats provide nature interest all year round and there are lots of things to do. Enjoy! There is a separate disabled car park - accessed with a key, which is available by contacting 01706 881 049. Postcode will lead you to the village not the reservoir. On arrival, follow the cobble stone road up and the car park is at the top. The 456 Lakeline bus drops of at Chapel, in Wardle village, then it's a 10 minute walk to car park. This land is owned by United Utilities to provide water for the people of the North West and is open for the enjoyment and health of visitors - please treat it with respect.
