• Proven experience in business process modelling based on relevant standards (TM Forum, ETSI, ITU-T,etc)

• Strong understanding of telecommunication organizations, skills and BSS technologies

• Proven experience in BSS business transformation projects• Experience in process documentation • Ability to affect stakeholders at all levels of an organization• Marketing Experience• Ability to abstract and generalize common requirements

based on multiple various details and information • Fluent in English

• Design and develop a harmonized Telecom Austria Group business process framework based on vendor OoTB-business process framework and in alignment with relevant standards (e.g. TM Forum as a basis for requirement specification, use/test case creation and organizational alignment)

• Define a harmonized hierarchical process structure for residential & business, fixed & mobile, TV, OTT segments

and convergent down to at least level 4• Identify/determine KPIs and methodologies of measurement

and describe the roles and responsibilities• Define and approve all business process related requirements

and change requests• Be the first contact for the project manager and for all internal

and external stakeholders in this context• Affect the analysis of new processes to organization and define

all tasks, trainings and activities for the process role out• Be partner with Process Managers across markets to specify

and align harmonized requirements for all markets, customers and segments

• Lead cross-functional and multinational project teams
