-Place SW2 (BATT) in the ON position
-Insure switch 4 on SW1 is in the ON position
-Power the system up
-Press SW3 to reset the system
-Place switch 4 on SW1 to the OFF position
Note: Failure to enable the battery or move SW 4 to the off position could result in the loss of programmed data!

Company ABC ringing to Auto Attendant day
Company ABC wants the outside callers to ring to Auto Attendant and here the following;
Thank you for calling ABC if you know the parties extension you are trying to reach you may dial it now, For our Sales Dept Press #1, For a company Directory Press #2, For our GMB press #3, to reach the operator press #4, thank you for calling ABC company.
Step 1- VM Forwarding and CD set up
Assuming you are logged into the system and created site information already;Select in the menu Station Base Programming (PGM 110,111,112,113,114)
In this selection we will set up,Station NameCD‐First and Last NameCall Forwarding‐Attrib 1‐2‐3One Touch Record
Step 2- Setting up a Sales Hunt Group
Example is in the Auto Attendant it said for Sales Press 1.Select Station Group Programming‐
Select a hunt group 620 and enter stations to be in this sales hunt group.Select type of group such as “ring”.Select pick up option “on”Update
Step 3- Overflow timer
While in Station Base Programming right click on the hunt group 620 and select Attribute Assign.Select time you desire and overflow options.
For today we are going to go to station 107 which will be our GMB.
Step 4- CO Base Programming
In CO Line List enter CO1 and enter, then right click on the grid.Enter CO Range (01 to 03) and go to DISA and enable for Day and Night. Select greetings to go with these times. (We are using auto attendant 24/7 with Day and Night Greetings).Watch what happens to grid when Update is hit.
Step 5- CO Ring Assignment
Select Mode (Day then Night) and where it is to ring, example 620 for our sales group we just set up with a overflow to 107 GMB.Select Message to go with the Day/Night mode. Update.
Step 6- Tables-CCR-Authorization CodesSelect CCR and select Index (Greeting) and set up following1=Hunt Group/Sales 6202=Company Directory3=GMB message‐Station 1074=Operator5=MB Owner‐Not on recorded greeting this is for maintainer of Mail Boxes.Do the same for Index 2, night greeting set up.

Authorization Codes‐ Still in tables,Here you are entering passwords for the MB owners, you should have the password match the extension and the customer can change to their liking when they set up the greeting for the MB.Example 1 will = 100, 2 will = 101 ect….
Step 7- Auto Scheduling
Still in Tables select Index numbers (We are using 1 and 2 for day/night and select times you want the menus to change.Forward you system to auto forward from station 100, fwd 5 save.
Your system will now switch from day to night automatically.
Step 8- MB set up
Record Name, Record personal greeting, Record Index greetings 001 and 002.
Record Name‐PGM, 6, *, # Save. You must have a name recorded to activate MB and for CD to work.Record Personal Greeting‐ PGM, 6,1,# then Save.Record Auto Attendant Index greeting from 100,PGM, 06, 001 record then same for 002. Save.
Step 9- Set up General Mail Box keys
Go to Auto Attendant and call in and select MB Owner you set up and set up 107 with a General Greeting and save.Go to the phones that want the GMB button on them and do the following;
PGM and push flex buttonPGM 47 and 107 and the flex button is now GMB 107.
Company Set Up
You have now been navigated through a general set up for a company.Nine total steps for set up! Including VM set up!You have set up a Hunt Group, General MB.Congratulations! Now let’s move some boxes and make some money.
