Planning Timeline for Event • Eight weeks – Budget, supplies, Join Us flyer, emails, theme, speaker • Six weeks – Share with club confirmed date, venue, agenda, speaker, • Four weeks – Prospect list of 50-75, committee update, FB/website post • Three weeks – Send out invitations, email reminders, FB/website post • Two weeks – Committee update, send email reminders, FB/website post • One week – Send email reminders, club member post on FB/website • Day of event – HOSPITALITY, name badges, be positive, Q&A• Afterwards – Recap, follow-up, schedule new member orientation/mentors • Start planning for NEXT membership/Open House event (3-6 months)
