**To earn a Diploma with Honors a student must achieve a cumulative average of 90% or better on all Regents examinations**
Scheduling n Scheduling is a very large part of transitioning
from 8th grade to 9th grade. n There are a couple of tools used to help guide
us towards the “right” schedule for each student.
n The four year plan is one of those tools and will be explained on following slides.
n Course offerings is another tool and course selection booklets are available for each family. This information is also available on the school website under guidance.
FOUR YEAR PLAN n The four year plan is a tentative layout of
courses that will be taken throughout high school.
n It is very important to remember that it is okay if your student changes his/her mind later on while in high school, however it will still be very useful with yearly scheduling.
n The next couple of slides are examples of four year plans.
