Three types of Continuing Education Units Available:
Participation in the Midwest HIMSS Chapter Meeting [2015 Midwest Fall Technology Conference] qualifies for
non-CHIME Continuing Education Units (CEUs). You may earn up to 14.5 CEUs for the CHIME CHCIO
Program toward Certification or Renewal.
Non-CHIME event participation should be submitted through the CHIME website and can be added upon
completion of the activity. CHIME recognizes 1 hour of participation as 1 CEU. If you need help determining
whether an activity qualifies for a CEU or how to submit, please email the CHIME Certification team at
HIMSS Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for both CPHIMS and CAHIMS
You may earn up to 15.75 CEUs for the entire conference
- Sunday, Oct. 25 = 2 Hrs
- Monday, Oct. 26 = 7.5 Hrs
- Tuesday, Oct. 27 = 6.25 Hrs (Site Visits are not eligible for CEUs)
