The Britannia Farm Master Plan Refresh is focused on updating the goals and objectives of the 1989 Master Plan, determining the highest and best use for the 31.67 acre development parcel that will be compatible with adjacent educational uses, and understanding how to best organize the site to address the contemporary context.
