Step 1:
Warning
• Student writes incident on
reflection form. Form remains on
student’s desk.
• Form does not go home, but is filed. It
is a reminder to show SHARK behavior
the rest of the day.

Refocus Desk
• Student sits at refocus
desk to complete
refocus form.
• Student remains at desk
for 5 minutes.
• Form goes home for parent signature
returned and filed. It is a final
reminder to show SHARK
behavior the rest of the day.
