Purpose: To assess how well the ASO has been performing within the ICANN system and to determine whether any change in its structure or operations is desirable to improve its effectiveness.
Who and What: • Conducted by consultancy firm ITEMS International• Primarily targeted at the five Regional Internet Registry (RIR)
communities• Mainly of multiple-choice questions and should take less than 5
