OC Eagle Eye

• The next OC Eagle Eye meeting will be on Tuesday, November 5th, after school in the lecture hall.

• We will assign articles and discuss future plans for the paper.

Shoko Konemato has been named a

Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Medalist for achievement in

Math and Science.

• Oakland Catholic presents “Girl Rising.” A movie about nine remarkable women in developing countries and the power of education to create a better future for women in all parts of the world. The movie will be shown on Friday, November 8th in the JOA theatre after school.

• Tickets will be sold in the cafeteria for 5$ beginning today during lunch.

• All of the money made from ticket sales will be donated to CARE, a nonprofit organization supported by the Girl Rising Project.

• Please show your support and buy a ticket today! If you have any questions please see Mrs. Kasunic in Room 208.
