process, Grade 5 parents/
students will complete a Choice
form:
• Rank the three middle schools in
order of preference.
• On the form, indicate if you
would like your child to attend the
same MSMC school that an older
sibling will attend in 2010-2011.
• Return the complete Choice
form by Monday, November 8,
2010.
Note: MSMC in-Consortium students who
do not submit a Choice form will be
randomly assigned to an MSMC school.
