Introduction

Our primary purpose in life is to express our God-given attributes in a creative and fulfilling way.

28 DemonstrationThe proving of a Truth principle in one’s body or affairs.

This has been brought about by one’s conformity to thoughts, words and acts.There are three steps: the recognition of Truth as it is in Principle; holding an idea; and acknowledging fulfillment.Demonstrations occurs when we have realized something in consciousness and then it manifests itself in the outer.

28 A Stumbling Blocks

Thoughts form barriers about the thinker, and when contended for as true they are impregnable to other thoughts.

They are primarily in the mind.Zeal and Dominion help to bring all thoughts and feelings into line in order to demonstrate good.

28 B Fear, Lack and the Negative Side

Use denials and affirmations to raise our consciousness from fear to love, from the false to the True.

Denials and affirmations are made from the awareness of Oneness and are statements from the realization of Truth.Focusing on the negative increases what it feared, and can result in outpicturing.

Identifying with the negative or becoming fearful of the negative hinders our demonstration.

The first step out of negativity and fear is being aware of our fears and the negativity.Use denials and affirmations to raise our consciousness.

Evidence that our free and open minds are stayed on Divine Mind.

Joy dissolves uneasiness, fears, doubts, and discouraged states of mind.Singing joyful songs fills one with the awareness of joy and peace.

One must give up personal attachments before one can receive the universal.

Attachment hinders awareness of the Oneness and Substance.

Nonresistance eliminates an oppositional attitude.

Forgiveness really means the giving up of something.All sin is first in mind; and the forgiveness is a change of mind or repentance.

Forgiveness/repentance are about changing our minds and resolving to think and act according to Divine Law.

The sense of awareness, of knowing; the sum total of all ideas accumulated in and affecting a person’s present being.

Life is consciousness.As we raise our consciousness, it becomes easier and easier to demonstrate.

All spiritual approaches to demonstration begin with realizing, God, the one power and presence; Oneness, Divine Mind and the Kingdom that is our own Divine Nature.

We seek first the kingdom of God, and know that our needs are met through the infinite supply of divine ideas.

The Kingdom of God.Formless and intangible as long as they remain Ideas in the higher levels of Beingness.We can experience any Divine Idea directly by: (1) believing in the Idea, and (2) becoming totally willing toward the Idea and affirming it.

This establishes the Truth at a core level of our being.We must invent time in meditation/the Silence and prayer so that realization may occur.

The Power of Love is the ability to harmonize, unify, desire and attract.

The Power of Wisdom is the ability to discern, judge, and evaluate based on Understanding.Whatever we are giving our attention to is what we are loving in the moment--that’s why we need Wisdom.

Health is the manifestation of wholeness and vitality that we experience in mind and body.

It is a reflection of our awareness of the divine idea of life, implanted in our consciousness.

In right relation, everyone is the inlet and the outlet of an everywhere present life, substance and intelligence.

Spiritual thoughts make a spiritual body.In the Absolute, we are Divine Life.

The perfect pattern represents the pure potential for health and wholeness that is inherent in humankind.
