Who We Are

In 1993 Siniyari Gulf Service Est. was formed in Qatar.

This multi-service group is now a highly successful

enterprise with a great reputation in the business

community led by a fair and respected leadership. As

one of the Group’s transport providers, Limousine

Europe is proud to be part of the Siniyari Gulf family.

• Our wide ranging client base and industry sectors include,

but not limited to, the events & communication industry,

construction, hotels, education and health (companies,

ministries and private individuals).

• The Limousine Europe entity includes more than 500 “mid

class” saloon cars and drivers (predominantly Toyota

Camry and Honda Accord).

• For luxury cars and mini buses we can assist with sourcing

appropriate vehicles and negotiate rates.

• Clean, safe, reliable, licenced and insured vehicles.

• We are a happy team from Kerala. All of us speak English,

Arabic, Malayalam, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Tamil and

Tagalog. Interacting with Qatar’s multi-cultural community

is easy for us.

Safety and Care

• You can rely on us to care of you, your family, staff and

property.

• Call us if you have mislaid property in our cars or at another

location.

• Our drivers will keep your luggage, laptops, valuables safe

for you in the car.

• If you are worried about some of your team using Karwa

taxis or unknown car companies late at night/after parties

etc. please book our drivers.

• We will always make sure you get home safe.

How to book transport

• Book through a central 24/7 number and email.

• Known next day transport book by 10pm the night before;

and 30/40 mins notice for out of schedule cars.

• Give full job details and if any project number.

• Book verbally, by email or text. Ideally confirm verbal

bookings by text/email to ensure a written trail.

• Book drivers needed during Friday prayers (11.30am-

12.30pm) in advance in order to schedule a driver who does

not observe mosque.

Event runner-drivers and special contract work

• Book dedicated runner-drivers centrally.

• State project duration, event date, daily hours, role,

reporting lines.

• State if special accreditation required.

• The runner-driver would report daily to the event team until

the end of the project.

Rate Cards

• Minimum and hourly rates depending on vehicle type..

• Our standard rate card can be adapted depending on your

requirements. Contact us for further information and

quotes.

Timesheets

• Drivers have timesheets to log each job, passenger to sign.

• If applicable we can include job numbers/project names.

Invoices

• Typed monthly invoices are issued in line with the

timesheets.

• Invoices detail: journey, dates, driver name, passenger(s),

times (job numbers/LPO).

• Bank transfer payment into the Commercial Bank transport

account.

• Payment required 2 weeks from submission of invoice.

In addition to mid range saloon cars we also provide:

• 2 ,5, 7 ton pick up trucks with driver.

• 15, 24, 26 seater mini buses and coach bus hire with driver.

• We need sufficient notice for minibus hire to secure vehicles

from our providers who give flexibility and favourable

payment terms. Short notice requests may need to be met

from alternative suppliers requiring upfront payment.

Ministerial Delegations:

• Our drivers were based at Hamad International Airport

VIP arrivals terminal over a 7 day period covering a 24

hour period each day

airport to support the production company’s transport

• COP18, Dec 2012 was one of the

biggest summits held in Doha

• We provided more than 30 cars/drivers for the production

teams, staff and suppliers.

• Supported the core summit and Opening Ceremony teams

including the Film and Video crew.

• A 24/7 crew transport service ran for nearly a month

including night time and standby drivers.

• Mini buses for the crew and suppliers.

• One of our team was part of the Protocol team based at the

airport to assist with VIP arrivals and luggage

• More than ever our drivers displayed their quick thinking,

proactivity, use of initiative and ability to remain calm under

intense pressure.

• More than 50 saloon cars and drivers, 10 mini bus drivers,

5 & 7 pick up trucks supporting 5 major events at the same

Transport Department.

• Three times a year during the school exam periods we

provide 200 mid class newer model saloon cars and drivers

(camry and honda accord)

• 1 teacher and 1 security guard per car

• This is a very responsible contract under the directive of

the Supreme Council. We are trusted with ensuring original

exam papers are kept secure and ensuring teachers arrive

at exam centres on time for exams to start.

• An annual contract secured in

2010 between Siniyari Gulf/Limousine Europe drivers and

HMC transport department

• More than 15 dedicated mini buses and drivers working a

24/7 shift system

• Pick and drop service for Hamad Hospital office and

administrative staff

Department of QDVC renewed

every two years. A successful 6 year partnership providing

staff/contractor transport across 4 projects including hire

cars and vehicles with drivers

• Projects include Sheraton carpark development for 2000

parking spaces, Lusail metro city bridge, Lusail carpark

(LUCP) and all the major metro stations.

• The team provides up to 350 vehicles including saloon

We provide production cars and pick ups staffed by

"runners" with an encyclopaedic knowledge of

suppliers, venues and locations in Qatar. We are
