2015Reservation and paying1. The pitch has to be reserved separately for every
market.2. The sellers who have been on markets before will have
their old pitch.3. The pitch will be reserved when it is paid by the due
date. Or the pitch has been lost to another seller.4. The pitches can be taken in use on the Market square on Thursday at 10 a.m. Market sale on Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Market square will be opened to traffic at 7 p.m. on Saturday evening. OBS! No vehicles can be driven into the market area before closing time.5. Unsold market pitches will be sold on Friday at 8 a.m. Phone. 040 124 61246. In case of double booking, if no other solution is found, a bidding will be held.7. The electricity fee ,15 € is included in the invoice for those who have used electricity before. If electricity is not included in your invoice and it is needed, you can ask for a separate electricity bill before 30.9. The electricity bill must be paid in cash to the office for the market.8. Night surveillance (organized by security company
MTP) starts on Thursday night at 6 p.m. and ends on Saturday morning at 9 a.m. The night surveillance fee 17 € will be charged in the invoice. The Economic development office is not responsible for any merchandise or personal belongings of the market sellers.9. The Economic development office has the right to Change the sales conditions when it is necessary.

Dear market trader,The St. Michael’s Market has been held in Kristinestad since 1783, for more than 230 years! This year the market will take place on Friday ,October 2nd at 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and on Saturday , October 3rd at 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
GeneralBy order of the rescue services pitches are allowed on Västra Långgatan only on the east side of the street and parking is forbidden. On Östra Långgatan and Strandgatan no pitches are allowed and car parking is forbidden. From the Market place and from Rådhusparken there are transversal escape routes. Observe that the Market office is now situated in the premises of the Economic Development office Kristinestads Näringslivsbyrå Ab at Rådhusgatan 2A, 64100 Kristinestad. Pitch reservationsThe pitches are mainly 4x4 m/ square and the price is 86 euro (incl. vat 24%) on the Market square and on Rådhusgatan. For practical reasons pitches are sold also in meters. Standard pitch 4x4 = 118 e/ 2 Days. Including electricity and night surveillance.

Cleaning & hygiene
Sellers must keep their pitches clean and tidy during and after the market. There is garbage containers placed in the area (“roskis” on the map)We demand that all sellers mark their pitch with a (A4) sign that says the sellers name and where they come from.

Fire precautions
Open flames are forbidden without permission. All Market traders who use open fire or gas appliances have to be equipped with at least a fire blanket and a portable fire extinguisher 6 kg ABC-class inspected during the last year. The fire authorities will control this during the market. In one 4x4 m point of sale it is allowed to have max 25 kg calor gas.Spare bottles must not be stored at the points of sale. It is forbidden to store any spare bottles in the car. Storage cabinets for extra calor gas bottles are at the gas-station Neste, adress: Lappfjärdsvägen 38.(on the other side of the bridge)OBS! Inform us in time by e-mail ([email protected]) of how many gas bottles of gas and how many kilograms of gas you will bring with you.
WeightsBy orders of the rescue services we suppose that every trader is equipped with sufficient amount of weights in order to ensure a safe assembly of the stand in all conditions. This will be controlled by the rescue servicesduring the market.
