• At home, keep your device and accessories in a secure place. Take care of each item.

• At school, never leave your device unattended.

VILS iPad Agreement

❑Usage shall not exceed 10 GB per month.

❑No billable or paid applications may be downloaded except those provided by my

school.

❑Personal hotspots on the device may not be used.

❑Hardware (i.e. case or SIM Card ) or software may not be removed from the device.

❑Device may only be used in the U.S.

❑International calls, videos, texts or pictures are not permitted.

❑Immediately report any lost or stolen device to the school principal.

❑The device may not be sold or transferred to a third party. A third party is also not

allowed to use the wireless service.

❑Service may be terminated at any time without notice.

❑Take care of the device assigned to me and agree to kind and safe digital

interactions with others.
