Drinking water

The water from the well and the lake is suitable for washing, but not for drinking. Drinking water can be collected from a nearby spring from about 2 kilometers away from the cottage. The spring can be found on the side of the road leading to the gravel pit. The gravel pit can be seen from the intersection of Hirvasnuolentie and Palovarvikontie. The spring is marked with red tape.

Linen and towels The guest brings their own bed sheets and towels unless renting them has been agreed beforehand.

Cleaning Cleaning of the cottage is the guest’s responsibility. The final cleaning can be bought but it has to be agreed on beforehand. 100€ will be charged for extra cleaning. When you are making a final cleaning at the end of your stay, please make sure that you adhere to these minimum requirements:

Air all bedding outside

Hoover all floors and rugs and wipe floors clean using a damp mop

Wash up all dishes and return them to where you found them

Clean the draining board, hob, oven, fridge, microwave and all tables and

countertops

Clean the sauna and shower room

Take all rubbish to the bin area

Leave all bottles and cans in a plastic bag by the front door or bring them with

you Please ensure that if your property has an outdoor space, barbeque or

barbeque hut, these are left neat and tidy.

Key The key can be found in the hide on the side of the cottage. The locker is opened by pressing down on the lever to the left of the number pad after entering the key code. The key is for both the cottage and the sauna. When leaving the cottage please return the key to the locker.

Dogs Keeping pets indoors on the loose is prohibited. A dog can be kept indoors in a carrier case if needed. There are two small cages for dogs on the yard like the one seen in the picture.

Charging of mobile devices There are charger outlets on the cabinet next to the cleaning closet.

Garbage disposal The cottage does not have its own garbage collecting. The guest brings their garbage to the garbage bins of Kummunjärven Kämppä.

3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GAS FRIDGE

- PRESS THE RED BUTTON (1) AND THE IGNITER (2) SIMULTANEOUSLY.

- IF THE FRIDGE DOES NOT TURN ON, PRESS THE IGNITER (2) AGAIN AND FURTHER THE RED BUTTON (1).

- WHEN THE FRIDGE IS HEARD STARTING, KEEP THE RED BUTTON (1) STILL PRESSED FOR ABOUT 5 MORE SECONDS.

- THE FRIDGE IS TURNED ON WHEN THE INDICATOR (3) HAS TURNED ON THE GREEN SIDE.
