We can say that these are just the normal up and down emotional reactions to life.

When a mood, reaction or feeling becomes chronic or disruptive, it creates continual tension within ourselves and with our fellows, and that becomes very uncomfortable. These can become a storm in our lives creating havoc!

There are many people who have “always been angry,” “never have slept well,” or have always been “low” or “moody.” They have lived with an imbalance for so long they feel it is “just the way they are made.”

Can Herbal Formulas Really Do the Job?

Can they Truly Restore Harmony?

Body, Mind and Emotions are Interconnected

• Feeling edgy, depressed after the flu or a cold is the body telling us we are out of balance.

• Herbs can have amazing “side effects” – sleeping better, feeling l b i h icalmer, being happier.

• Emotional reactions arise when a body is out of balance.

• Using traditional Chinese medicine, the whole body can become more harmonious.

Using the Fantastic Four

Use combinations of the Fantastic Four ~ how do we choose which ones?

Check your client’s “pulse.”

Listen to them they will “tell you” what their issues areListen to them, they will tell you what their issues are.

•You say you’re stressed, do you feel like you’re tightly wound?

•Do you sleep well at night? Is sleep restless? Have you had a loss?

•Are you frustrated, irritated, feeling explosive?

•Depressed? How long have you felt that way?

We don’t solve deep-seeded issues with just herbal help. But we feel that, with the traditional herbal formulations, we give the client (and ourselves!) “feet.”

Then we can work better with other nutrients and herbs to help them towards wholeness.
