Failure to the follow 5 P’s

• If you choose to break our class rules you will be warned about your behavior.

• After two warnings, and with each

new violation you will receive progressive discipline.

After two warnings, and with each new violation you may receive any

of the following interventions:• Time-out or “Action Plan” writing assignment• Call home to your parent or guardian• Exclusion from class activities or loss of

privileges• Detention • Parent conference • A referral to a counselor or an administrator

after any three of the above interventionsA severe disruption or danger will result in

an immediate referral to an administrator.

Forgetting any required materials results in the loss of one point per item per day.

Off task behavior will result in the loss of one point per incident.
