Design Tools
At ALS we use the state-of-the-art ‘Silicon-Package-
Board’ tool set from Cadence Design Systems,
including Allegro PCB Editor and Allegro PCB
SI. We provide schematic capture for both the
Design Entry HDL and CIS front end tools
(AKA Concept and OrCAD) and offer library
creation/managenent services for both.
We have the ability to import netlists from virtually
any front-end design tool, including all Mentor tools
(PADs, DxDesigner, BoardStation) and other third-
party tools (Zuken, Altium, CADstar, etc.) We can
also translate in-progress or completed Mentor PCB
designs into Cadence format, for completion or
signal integrity analysis.

Constraint Management
To achieve a successful PCB

Allegro allows us to constrain
