• 23.5 credits required to graduate 1 class for 1 full year = 1credit

Registration ProcessCounselors met with 8th grade students Monday during their History classes.

• Students  received Registration Forms and Course information.

• These materials should have been brought home. Great opportunity to clean out the backpack.

• On-line registration this Thursday - 3/15 during History classes. Students can do at home as well.

• Decisions for you and your student:   1. Electives Choices (i.e. Pre-AP English or

History, Spanish, POE, Drafting, Math Support & Study Skills, etc)

ATTENDANCE -- 10 absences in class = loss of credit- Three unexcused Tardies = absence- May recover up to 5 EXCUSED absences

through Sat. School or after school opportunities

- May make up credit in summer school (some classes)

- May also make up credit in Credit Retrieval class second semester (some classes)

- Attendance must be excused by note or phone within 3 days of absence
