    1Overdraft and Returned Item Fee is $35 per presentment. Fees apply to transactions created by check, in-person withdrawal, recurring debit card transactions, or other electronic means. If you opt-in to overdraft coverage, we will charge an overdraft fee on ATM and everyday card transactions. The total of the discretionary overdraft privilege (negative) balance, including any and all bank fees and charges, and interest charges are due and payable upon demand. Approval of payment of overdrafts by the bank on consumer accounts in good standing is only a discretionary courtesy, and not a right or obligation.

    EXISTING CHECKS Continue to use your existing aimBank checks and deposit tickets until depleted, unless you are specifically notified otherwise.

    When ordered through FirstBank & Trust, new check orders will be updated automatically with the new routing and transit number. If ordered from an outside vendor, please provide the updated routing number: 111319347 to your vendor.

    ACCOUNT NUMBERSIn most cases, account numbers for checking accounts, savings accounts and CDs will remain the same. We will notify you in a separate communication if your account number changes.

    Wire payment instructions will also change beginning Monday, February 22, 2021. Details are provided in the Wire Transfer Payments section on page 13 of this guide.

    ACTIVITY STATEMENTSa statement of your activity between your last statement date and Friday, February 19, 2021, will be provided to all aimBank checking and savings account holders. These activity statements will be mailed to customers the week of Monday, February 22, 2021, regardless of your regular statement date.

    ▶ at the time of this special statement, interest will be credited to your account. Due to the account change-over, any monthly account maintenance fees will be waived for this special statement which runs through Friday, February 19, 2021.

    Beginning Monday, February 22, 2021, images of items posting to your account will be available through the FirstBank & Trust Online Banking System.

    ACTION REQUIRED. Closely review your new FirstBank & Trust statement. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact the Customer Care Center after Monday, February 22, 2021 at 877.280.1864.

    OVERDRAFT PRIVILEGE▶ Overdraft Privilege1 (ODP), is a valuable discretionary

    service that FirstBank & Trust will provide on personal checking accounts, beginning on Monday, February 22, 2021. FirstBank & Trust’s Overdraft Privilege provides a “safety net” depending on the type of checking account you have. Basic Overdraft Privilege covers checks, aCH (automated Clearing House), recurring debits, and in-person transactions.

    ▶ Please see the account disclosures provided in the Deposit account agreement and Disclosure booklet for the Overdraft Privilege limit available on your personal checking account. all aimBank checking account holders will be enrolled in Basic ODP coverage. Fees may be applied. If you have any questions, or wish to change your ODP service, please contact your banker.

    OVERDRAFT TRANSFER▶ This service provides overdraft protection from

    another checking, savings or money market account. In the event of a negative available balance, the amount overdrawn and a $10 fee will automatically be transferred from the predetermined account to cover the negative available balance. The $10 per use fee will be deducted from the checking account that has this overdraft protection. The $10 Overdraft Transfer fee will not be charged when the account is overdrawn $5 or less.

    SWIPE IN STYLE WITH OUR DEBIT CARD DESIGNS The FirstBank & Trust designed card, as shown below, will be mailed the week of February 8, 2021. We also offer several other designs that you can choose from after Monday, February 22, 2021.

    HSA DEBIT CARDS all Health Savings account customers will receive the HSa card as shown below. Please watch for this card during the week of February 8, 2021.

    CARD SERVICESDEBIT/ATM CARDSYour new FirstBank & Trust debit card will be mailed the week of February 8, 2021. Please note that your card has a new number.

    PLEASE NOTE: For security purposes, your new card will arrive in a plain white envelope. Please watch for this special mailing during the week of February 8, 2021.

    Activating and using your new MasterCard® Debit Card

    ACTION REQUIRED: Upon receipt, please keep this card in a secure place and do not attempt to use it until you have activated it ON OR AFTER Friday, February 19, 2021. Your new card can be activated by calling the telephone number included with your

    card. Please ensure you are calling from a phone number we have on your account.

    ON OR AFTER Friday, February 19, 2021, you can change your PIN number by calling the telephone number included with your card.

    FDIC COVERAGEIf you have accounts at both the former aimBank and FirstBank & Trust, your accounts will be separately insured through the FDIC until June 4, 2021 (grace period). For Certificate of Deposit, FDIC insurance will continue until the maturity date, even if the maturity date comes after the grace period. If your CD matures during the grace period and you roll it over for the same term and dollar amount, it will be insured separately until the new maturity date. If your deposits are greater than $250,000 after the grace period, a bank representative will be happy to meet with you to discuss how to maximize your FDIC insurance coverage.

    EXPIRATION OF YOUR AimBank DEBIT CARD

    Your current aimBank Debit Card will expire on Friday, February 19, 2021.

    ACTION REQUIRED. It is recommended that you destroy your old aimBank debit card(s) at that time. at the same time, you can activate and begin using your new FirstBank & Trust MasterCard® Debit Card.

    LIMITS ON YOUR MASTERCARD® DEBIT CARDBeginning Monday, February 22, 2021, the daily limits of your new MasterCard® Debit Card will be $2,500 for point of sale (POS) and $500 for aTM cash withdrawals. During conversion weekend, limits may vary. If you have a limit that is different than this, we will notify you. Please work with your personal banker after Monday, February 22, 2021, to discuss any necessary changes to your card limits. INACTIVE DEBIT CARDSaimBank Debit Cards that have not been used within the past 12 months will not be replaced at conversion. If you do not receive a new FirstBank & Trust MasterCard® Debit Card and would like to have one, please contact the Customer Care Center at 877.280.1864 or visit your local banking center ON OR AFTER Monday, February 22, 2021. Please use your debit card at least once each year to keep the card active in the system.

    HOW YOU CAN ENSURE A SMOOTH MasterCard®

    DEBIT CARD TRANSITION all cards will have a new number and expiration date. Please provide your new FirstBank & Trust Debit Card number and expiration date to any merchant where your existing debit card is utilized for automatic or recurring charges, such as a utility or insurance payment, for any payments to be made after Friday, February 19, 2021.

    ATM NETWORK AND LOCATIONSafter initial activation, you may use your new MasterCard® Debit Card at any FirstBank & Trust Network aTM location without incurring a surcharge. FirstBank & Trust is a member of the MoneyPass network.

    ELECTRONIC BANKINGACCESSING ONLINE BANKING

    ACTION REQUIRED. Please take these steps prior to Friday, February 19, 2021.

    FirstBank & Trust’s Online Banking is committed to delivering a rich online experience with a focus on flexibility, security and control. In preparation for the transition to the new online banking system, it is necessary to have an updated phone number and email for our records to verify your identity when logging in.

    Verify that your phone number is correct in the current aimBank Online Banking system. Please ensure it is updated by Thursday, February 18, 2021.

    On Monday, February 22, 2021, when you log in to FirstBank & Trust's Online Banking you will be asked to select either your home or mobile phone number. a verification code will immediately be sent to your phone via voice call or text message. This code is required to complete the log in process.

    On Monday, February 22, 2021, the new online banking system will be available beginning at 8:00 a.m. Detailed login instructions are included on page 16 of this guide.

    If you have bookmarked your previous online banking login page, we recommend that you delete it before February 22, 2021.

    The following service, and its associated settings or preferences, will not be transferring over during the systems conversion. After February 22, 2021, you may want to establish these features in the new system after you have logged in. At this time, you may set up any automatic account alerts you may have had in the former online banking system.

    ▶ Person to Person Xfer

    PLEASE NOTE: eStatements prior to Friday, February 19, 2021 may not be immediately available in FirstBank & Trust Online Banking. We recommend downloading or printing your last statement and statement history prior to February 19, 2021. If you are in need of an eStatement prior to Friday February 19, 2021, please call the Customer Care Center at 877.280.1864 or send us a secure message through Online Banking after Monday, February 22, 2021.

    HOW DO I ACCESS MY ONLINE BANKING?

    You will be able to log in to FirstBank & Trust’s Online Banking any time beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, February 22, 2021.

    1. Go to FirstBankTexas.com and use the login box located on the home page.

    2. Enter your legacy AimBank User ID, which is case-sensitive.

    3. Enter your new temporary password: Last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number.

    4. You will be prompted to select how your secure access code will be delivered. Codes can be distributed via text or voice call. You will no longer be able to use an email address to receive a secure access code.

    5. Change your password.

    6. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions for Online Banking.

    7. You’re in! at this time, please review any automatic account alerts you may have configured in the former online banking system. Not all alerts may have converted during the transition.

    Detailed log in instructions are included on page 16 of this guide.

    ONLINE BILL PAYACTION REQUIRED. To ensure proper arrival of payments, please review scheduled payments due February 15 - February 22, 2021, and consider making these payments in advance.

    ▶ Bill Pay history will convert to the new system.▶ Please know that every attempt will be made to

    properly convert all your current payees, addresses and recurring payments based on information from the current provider. On Monday, February 22, 2021, we recommend reviewing all your payments, payees and recurring payments to ensure all were converted properly. If any are missing, you can re-establish them at that time.

    ▶ PLEASE NOTE: Bill Pay clients will no longer select the processing date. Instead, clients will select the due date to complete payments. Funds are not removed from the account until the due date associated to the payment.

    ▶ eBills allow you to receive bills online and set up automatic payments. You may enroll each eBill within Online Banking beginning Monday, February 22, 2021. Payees eligible for the eBill service will have a link under the payee’s name when you view your list. Current eBills are expected to convert.

    1Phone service provider fees may apply.

    eSTATEMENTSCurrent accounts on eStatements will automatically convert; however, when you log in for the first time after the system conversion, you will need to read and accept the eStatement disclosure. You will receive an email notification detailing when your future FirstBank & Trust eStatements are available in Online Banking. Once you accept your disclosure, if you have any other accounts that are displayed within Online Banking, but were not previously enrolled with an eStatement, those accounts will also be automatically enrolled in eStatements. If you’re not using eStatements now, sign up after conversion.

    To sign up for eStatements, simply login to Online Banking and choose “eStatements” from the left menu.

    HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR AIMBANK TRANSACTION HISTORYTo download transaction history, click on the account tile from the Home page that contains the associated history you want to pull. Within the Transaction History page, click the export button (the down arrow icon).

    Upon clicking the export button, you will be presented with the list of available export options. Transaction history can be exported in the following formats: Spreadsheet (XLS), Spreadsheet (CSV), Microsoft OFX (ofx), Quicken (qfx), and Quickbooks (qbo).
