Followed by a deeply relaxing massage of the lower legs, a double action seaweed foot mask and fresh seaweed leaf wrap around the legs to reduce swelling and soften tired feet. This is an ideal treatment during pregnancy and for foot ailments of all kinds. As an extra treat, we include a relaxing scalp massage.

SPA ETIQUETTETo make the most of your Chill Spa experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. To make sure all appointments run smoothly, a late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time.

As a courtesy to other guests and a way to leave your cares behind, please switch off all mobile phones when visiting the Spa.

What to BringPlease bring your own swimwear for use in our Thermal Area. Lockers are provided with robes, slippers and toiletries for your enjoyment, with disposable underwear available on request.

Medical ConditionsSome therapies are not suitable for clients with medical conditions so please let us if you have any concerns or medical conditions.

CancellationsIf for any reason you need to change a booking or make a cancellation, please make sure you give us 24 hours’ notice. For groups of three or more, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Unfortunately, changes or cancellations made outside the requested notice period will attract a fee of 50% of the treatment booked.

If you do not call to cancel, or do not show for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount on your credit card or room bill.
