Welcome to the Lord’s day worship service at Grace Church.
We are truly blessed to be here this morning as we open God’s Word together, sing His praises,
and enjoy a time of fellowship in His presence.
Be sure to take advantage of the many fellowship and ministry
opportunities available to our church family today and
throughout the week.

One of the great privileges of being part of Grace Community Church is to see the body of Christ in action, and this past week was a prime example. More than 600 children attended our brand-new Vacation Bible School! It was truly awesome to watch how the Lord made the week happen through the efforts of more than 250 dedicated volunteers from our church family who were here every day to serve the children.
Each of the five days was dedicated to an important aspect of God’s redemptive plan—creation, fall, promise, redemption, and restoration. So by the close of VBS on Friday all of the children had heard the wonderful truth of God’s Kingdom Chronicles. What a tremendous privilege and blessing it was to make known to the children of man His mighty deeds, and the glorious splendor of His kingdom (Psalm 145:12).
It was our aim to not only make the gospel of our King clear in its presentation but also attractive and engaging to kids. Hence the exciting games, delicious snacks, interactive crafts, and the fun decorations...not to mention the

thousands of water balloons! It is safe to say that the children and leaders alike had a wonderful time, and we believe Christ was exalted in all of it!
Tonight’s Plaza Fellowship will kick off our summer schedule here at Grace Church, and it will also serve as a great VBS celebration. These fellowships are always wonderful times for our church, and tonight we have the added blessing of practicing hospitality as a church family. More than 150 of the 600 children who attended this week were not from our church, and all of these kids and their families have been invited back for the evening service and plaza fellowship tonight.
Come help celebrate an amazing week of ministry as well as the start of another summer season at Grace, and take the opportunity to demonstrate the love of Christ to our neighbors.

This ministry brings the good news of God’s grace to our local community on Sunday afternoons. After a potluck meal, participants go out into the neighborhood to present the gospel, invite our neighbors to church, and learn about any needs our church may be able to meet. The ministry also does street evangelism at the North Hollywood Metro Station. For more information call 818-909-5721.
