How we should behave: some rules1. We aren’t here to do Force Generation. Get over it.

- Yes, it’s important- No, we can’t deal with it here

2. We need to self-edit our remarks.- Be brief and to the point- Avoid long-windedness- Stash egos at the door; retrieve them when you leave

3. Respect other views.- Brainstorming requires positive energy, not criticism- Practice Jazz: riff on other opinions if you don’t have one- Everyone participate! Not just the springbutts!

4. Make sure your views are accurately recorded.- Your view counts

• IPR: Enough information about the SSE aspects necessary for 38Gs to succeed in their mission

- What should they be doing?- Who should they be talking with?- Where should they be working?- What should their qualifications be?- What should they be expert in?- How/where can they get that expertise?
