PTAC Process

• Calls logged, clarified, and shared with Tier two staff. (Baron, Tom, Mark)

• If appropriate, draft responses by Tier two staff are forwarded to ED for review. If Tier two cannot answer, immediately forwarded to ED for internal review.

• Review committee @ ED (Privacy Advisory Committee) is a cross-office team. Calls are reviewed regularly.

PTAC Stats

• Two site visits conducted; one scheduled and two pending.

• Regional meetings: AERA (Research), EIMAC, SHEEO, & MEIAC.

• Call center: 25 calls received from a variety of sources including SEAs, LEAs, IHE’s, Workforce Agencies, and Early Childhood providers.
