Narrative: “A few random lies about me. Left GB in 81 to go to University of Chicago. Graduated 85, got married in 86. Worked in insurance for a couple years and moved to Portland Oregon. Lost track of everyone from HS, the last being Barb Moloney. Went to Europe for 3 months in 99, started grad school at UC Berkeley in 89. Got Ph.D. in 1993. Met Pete Hall in 91 - he told me that the 10 year reunion the rumor was that I was a mission priest in Africa! (I am a Secular Franciscan, a lay order, but definitely not a priest.) Moved to Indiana in 93 to teach at Purdue. In 96 moved to Hartford to teach at Trinity. Been here 10 years and I am now a full professor. Traveled frequently for work which is why I am missing the reunion: I will be in Madrid.
