for the whole campus

• Robyn Wiltshire, Senior Director (Interim), Student Services

GPC Workshop 2016

CONTEXT• Stemming from conversations at the Joint Board-Senate Meeting (Mental

Health at McGill, 2013)

• Developing a comprehensive health strategy has become a movement in institutions nationwide and particularly on postsecondary campuses

• Groundswell approach at McGill, with support from senior-level sponsors

GPC Workshop 2016

WHAT ARE WE DOING?The purpose of the strategy is to articulate the supportive and healthy campus McGill has resolved to become, as well as the actions it must take to get there. With the strategy’s execution, we will foster a more responsive, inclusive, and caring campus that will be equipped to adjust to the changing needs of students, faculty, and staff. This will be accomplished by establishing metrics to monitor our success.
