WHAT ARE WE DOING?The purpose of the strategy is to articulate the supportive and healthy campus McGill has resolved to become, as well as the actions it must take to get there. With the strategy’s execution, we will foster a more responsive, inclusive, and caring campus that will be equipped to adjust to the changing needs of students, faculty, and staff. This will be accomplished by establishing metrics to monitor our success.
