ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Backpack Program will be packing each Thursday at 6:30 pm on the Family Life Center stage.

Bible Study on Wednesdays at 10 am in the Family Life Center.

Collection containers will be placed in the vestibule and by the church office.

Please bring a package or two of new boxers, briefs, undies,

T-shirts, Long Johns & Janes, socks and/or training pants to church on

October 17th.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD NEWS As of September 20th we have packed 323 gift filled shoeboxes. We

need to fill 677 more to reach the Church Goal of 1,000.

Operation Christmas Child Elkins Team has donated 500 shoeboxes

to our church so we do not need any more boxes.

The following items are most needed: toothbrushes, combs,

scissors, dolls, stuffed animals.

Volunteers are needed each Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm in the OCC Rooms to

work on shoeboxes. Call Bob Cowgill at 304-636-6367.

Backpack Food Program needs YOUR help! We are presently collecting food items to include: granola bars, oatmeal, canned ravioli, fruit cups, veggie cups, snack cracker packs and puddings. Please drop off your items in the bin marked “BACKPACK PROGRAM” by the church office or you may make a donation and earmark your check “Backpack Program”. This is an ongoing school project. Monetary, school supplies and food donations are always appreciated. Thank you for your continued support to help the children in Randolph County.
