The King of Love My Shepherd Is

The King of love my Shepherd is,Whose goodness faileth never;I nothing lack if I am HisAnd He is mine forever.

Where streams of living water flow,My ransomed soul He leadeth,And where the verdant pastures grow,With good celestial feedeth.

Perverse and foolish oft I strayed,But yet in love He sought meAnd on His shoulder gently laid,And home, rejoicing brought me.

The King of love my Shepherd is,My Shepherd is the King of love;

And so through all the length of daysThy goodness faileth never;Good Shepherd, may I sing Thy praiseWithin Thy house forever.

Good Shepherd, may I sing Thy praiseWithin Thy house forever.

From Luther and his table talks to Calvin and his Academy to Spurgeon and his preachers’ college, pastoral preparation has always been most effective when connected to the local church. The mission of training men for ministry is a hallmark of a mature ecclesiology. Historically, a strong pulpit has always resulted in the training of strong pastors. At The Master’s Seminary we are immensely grateful for precisely this kind of relationship with Grace Community Church.

For the past thirty years, TMS has benefitted from your support. Your prayers, your generous giving, and even your physical campus have powered the seminary into becoming what it is today. Without your faithful witness, support, and devotion to the mission of the gospel, the resulting ministries of GMI, TMAI, and 1,500 individual graduates would not be what they are.

TMS IN A DAYThe Master’s Seminary

In order to express our gratitude, we want to welcome you into the seminary for a day so you can see what God is doing here in its fullness. This fall, the doors of TMS will be open to members of Grace Church for “TMS in a Day.” This will be a day of encouragement, theological sharpening, and fellowship where all members of GCC will be welcome to experience for themselves the dynamic ministry and preparation that happens on this campus Monday through Friday.

Mark your calendar for Tuesday, October 11. We’ll be eager to host you that day for classes, chapel, and fellowship with our administration, faculty, staff, and students.

Again, thank you all for your years of service and encouragement! It is a privilege to partner with you for Christ’s Kingdom.
