Welcome to South Main!
You’re invited to be a part of our family as we worship God, encourage one anoth-
er, and grow spiritually together.
When we meet together, we sing, pray, study the Bible, partake together in the
communion of the Lord's supper, and en-joy great family fellowship.
A fully staffed nursery is available. Ask an usher for assistance.
During AM services, we offer signing for those who are hearing impaired.

Bob’s Thoughts...
At Your Word I Will
“He said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught. And Simon answering said unto Him, Master, we have toiled all night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at your word I will let down the net. And when they had done this, they enclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.”
Luke 5:4-6
Things are pretty much the same today. Far too many Christians are continuing, like Simon Peter, to pursue their toilsome labors, even though they have become weary from all their futile efforts. Some may even have given up in hopeless despair. Either way, the results are the same: disappointment, discouragement, or depression. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Consider the alternative. What happened when Simon Peter opt-ed to take Christ at His word? They caught a multitude of fish; so many in fact, that their net actually broke because it could not contain them all. That was a record catch if there ever was one! They got more than enough! God is willing to do exceeding, abundantly more for us than we can possibly accomplish on our own. The decisive moment for Simon Peter came when He got a word from the Lord, and then stepped out in faith-ful obedience. Just as the Lord worked in the lives of His disciples in the past, He is available to work in your life to-day! But you must follow His lead. Jesus saw the disciples’ need, He had compassion on them, and offered a solution. Jesus gave them precise instructions about where to go, what to do and how to do it. He does the same for us through His word! It’s up to us to follow. Follow His lead and He will see us through. Neverthe-less, at His word let us do His will!
Have a Great Week!

Needed for the Resource Room As you go through old magazines, please don’t throw them away! We need lots of new (old) maga-zines in our Resource Room. The children use them often for various craft projects. Also needed for the Resource Room, we will list an item each month that we are in constant need of sup-plying. We do have a budget for these resources, but, if you could toss a few of these items into your cart when you shop, it would free up some of our funds to put towards some newer, updated items for our chil-dren & teachers. Thank you for your help!!
