ITV Racing: Live from Ascot Saturday, 1.30pm8th AugustITV4

Ed Chamberlin and Francesca Cumani are back at Ascot to present another exciting, competitive day of racing from three different venues from around the UK.

With no Shergar Cup, there are four handicaps at the Berkshire track over a variety of distances. The best action is at Haydock, where the Group 3 Rose of Lancaster Stakes is the feature, and there’s all the action from Newmarket and the Sweet Solera.

Three days of highlights from the Critérium du Dauphiné, as the best stage racers in the world gather to begin their long warm-up ahead of the 2020 Tour de France.

To begin with, It’s a hilly 197 km route, with seven climbs and a summit finish. Then, the riders face the first big mountains of the race with a summit finish on the Col de Porte. Finally, the climbing continues as the race crosses the 2,000m Col de Madeleine.
