ParkRunParkRun – Free weekly timed 5km runs all over the world and of course in Moscow too. Now it’s held in 3 different parks. We already write about the Saturday run for health fans in Kolomenskoe park. Now you can also run in Park Severnoe tushino and Izmailovo.

The idea is that anybody and everybody can join in on a 5 km run around the park.

Barefoot RunThe Barefoot run is the first event in Russia, where runners don’t use trendy shoes. The route throw the park is specially created for this event. Barefoot run is for those who want to be connected with the nature and feel new sensation. This way is the most natural and gets the feeling of harmony with the na-ture.

Anyone of any ability is wel-come at any of our events, whether you’re a runner, jog-ger or a walker. The result will be published on the web. Every participant will receive a great boost of endorphins.
